Ride Style:  Interval

The title of this ride says it all!  TABATA!!

Get ready to test your strength on this fast paced, tabata filled ride.  You get to work hard doing three tabatas during this ride, but the fun doesn't just stop with the tabatas!  You also get to climb, sprint, jump, and feel totally awesome about everything you accomplish in this ride!  When you are finished you will be drenched in sweat and smiling!

There are cues and options throughout this ride for beginner/newer riders, so that they can still build up their aerobic endurance and challenge themselves.

Playlist Length:  50 minutes (not including cool down time)

Please always remember to be mindful when riding on your own or teaching a class, and add in recoveries where you and/or your class need them!!

Each ride I create has a playlist (music files not included) and a detailed ride description, in PDF format, with everything you could possibly need to teach a great class!  You'll be able to download the ride to print out or have in front of you on your tablet or phone.  This way you can hop on your bike, start cycling, and not have to worry about creating a great sweat filled ride!
