Yoga and all the different forms of fitness are a mindful practice involving body, mind and spirit. A lot can be gained by attending regular yoga and fitness classes, but there is so much more depth to discover.  Ananda Yoga & Fitness provides opportunities for students and teachers who seek to deepen their practice and/or fitness trainings. Our programs are intimate, supportive, mindful, challenging, lively, and fun.  Students talk of deep friendships forged, goals met and exceeded, of support freely given and accepted.
