You'll really heat up the room with this Interval profile. During each song your riders will change their hill and performance level. The jumps will elevate their heart rate (sprints too), the climbs will have each rider focusing on their breath and challenging their strength, and the sprints will have them challenging their strength and endurance!
This is a great ride for new instructors to teach and new riders to challenge themselves with!!
