Ride Style: Interval
Get ready for an intense and challenging ride that will have you saying "What the f@#%!"
This is a ride profile is a loop that will decrease in time each time you repeat it. The majority of the work and speed work is out of the saddle, so this ride is not only physically challenging but mentally challenging. Stay positive and strong. Most of all, believe in yourself and be bold as your ride to the finish line!
This ride is one big advanced/intermediate rider profile. It will challenge your riders right out of the starting gate. Since it is so challenging, I do not teach this ride when I have beginners in the room. However, I have included the options for beginners in this ride profile.
There are cues and options throughout this ride for beginner/newer riders, so that they can still build up their aerobic endurance and challenge themselves.
Ride Length: 47 minutes (not including cool down)
Please always remember to be mindful when riding on your own or teaching a class, and add in recoveries where you and/or your class need them!!
Each ride I create has a playlist (music files not included) and a detailed ride description, in PDF format, with everything you could possibly need to teach a great class! You'll be able to download the ride to print out or have in front of you on your tablet or phone. This way you can hop on your bike, start cycling, and not have to worry about creating a great sweat filled ride!
