Ride Style:  Interval

The title of this ride says it all...We are challenging ourselves, and we are avoiding that saddle as much as possible.  You will burn a ton of calories as you work out of the saddle with speed and strength, while you build endurance and stamina!

There are cues and options throughout this ride for beginner/newer riders, so that they can still build up their aerobic endurance and challenge themselves.

Ride Length:  50 minutes (not including cool down)

Please always remember to be mindful when riding on your own or teaching a class, and add in recoveries where you and/or your class need them!!

Each ride I create has a playlist (music files not included) and a detailed ride description, in PDF format, with everything you could possibly need to teach a great class!  You'll be able to download the ride to print out or have in front of you on your tablet or phone.  This way you can hop on your bike, start cycling, and not have to worry about creating a great sweat filled ride!
