St. Patty's Day Ride

Are you ready for some sweaty St. Patty's Day fun!?!  Get ready to move around and climb to fun and fast paced music.  You will feel like you are riding in a pub and singing along with your friends as you challenge yourself and your stamina during this festive ride.

Bonus:  I've included a list of 25 optional St. Patrick's Day themed songs you can add in or switch with other songs in the ride.

There are cues and options throughout this ride for beginner/newer riders, so that they can still build up their aerobic endurance and challenge themselves. 

Ride Length:  47 minutes (not including cool down)

Please always remember to be mindful when riding on your own or teaching a class, and add in recoveries where you and/or your class need them!!

Each ride I create has a playlist (music files not included) and a detailed ride description, in PDF format, with everything you could possibly need to teach a great class!  You'll be able to download the ride to print out or have in front of you on your tablet or phone.  This way you can hop on your bike, start cycling, and not have to worry about creating a great sweat filled ride!
