Ride Style:  Interval

Are your riders ready for longer working sections? Are your riders ready to see what they are made of? Are your riders ready to show themselves that they won’t back down when given a challenge? If so, then get ready for a sweat fest that will have your riders pumped up and feeling the success and really seeing what their hard work in previous classes have lead up to!

This challenging ride consists of only three loops, but they are where you will show off your stamina and endurance with speed and perseverance.

There are cues and options in this ride for beginner/newer riders, so that they can still build up their aerobic endurance and challenge themselves. 

Ride Length:  About 57 minutes (not including cool down)

Please always remember to be mindful when riding on your own or teaching a class, and add in recoveries where you and/or your class need them!!

Each ride I create has a playlist (music files not included) and a detailed ride description, in PDF format, with everything you could possibly need to teach a great class!  You'll be able to download the ride to print out or have in front of you on your tablet or phone.  This way you can hop on your bike, start cycling, and not have to worry about creating a great sweat filled ride!
