Ride Style: Interval
This is an interval ride that makes you feel like you just crushed some serious hills and worked your strength like crazy. You will love this fast paced ride full of loops that get longer as you go! You will break up your loops with some fun speed work full of challenges. This is a great ride for building endurance as you change up your hills constantly.
There are cues and options throughout this ride for beginner/newer riders, so that they can still build up their aerobic endurance and challenge themselves.
