Ride Style: Strength
This ride will be a piece of cake for you! Keep this thought in your head, and you will never back down once during your ride. For this ride, you will find yourself attacking each hill during each song. Your goal is to stick with the RPM you chose for this attack. Don’t back down, and don’t go easy on yourself either. Almost every song will have you moving in and out of the saddle before you begin your attack. This is a great ride to help you become stronger and realize your true potential!

Ride Length: 47 minutes (not including cool down)
Please always remember to be mindful when riding on your own or teaching a class, and add in recoveries where you and/or your class need them!!
Each ride I create has a playlist (music files not included) and a detailed ride description, in PDF format, with everything you could possibly need to teach a great class! You'll be able to download the ride to print out or have in front of you on your tablet or phone. This way you can hop on your bike, start cycling, and not have to worry about creating a great sweat filled ride!
