Ride Style: Strength
This is a wonderful and fast paced strength ride full of heavy and medium hills. This ride is a strength ride, but the first working song is a fun tabata on a medium hill to really get those legs going. I swear that tabata is the only time you will go over 80 RPMs while working during this ride.
Each song takes you farther up your hills with transitions and sprints sprinkled in to give you the visual of passing other riders as you head up your mountain. However, the main goal of this climb is to go with fewer recoveries during this ride. Still be mindful and take a recovery where needed.
