Ride Style:  Strength

Time to climb up a few mountain ridges to get to the top and the finish line! 

Throughout this ride you will test your strength with climbs and switchbacks.  There will be no boredom during this climbing ride.  You will be too busy moving in and out of the saddle, changing hills, and singing along to the playlist!

Ride along with Queen, Go-Go's, Michael Jackson, INXS, Snap! and more to power your way through this ride!

Ride Length:  46 minutes (not including cool down)

Please always remember to be mindful when riding on your own or teaching a class, and add in recoveries where you and/or your class need them!!

Each ride I create has a playlist (music files not included) and a detailed ride description, in PDF format, with everything you could possibly need to teach a great class!  You'll be able to download the ride to print out or have in front of you on your tablet or phone.  This way you can hop on your bike, start cycling, and not have to worry about creating a great sweat filled ride!
