Ride Style: Interval
Are you ready for a fun, sweaty and challenging ride? If so, this ride will hit all three of those goals!
For this fast paced ride, you will find yourself out of the saddle way more than you are in it. Don't worry...I have put in options for new/beginner riders who are still building up their endurance and aerobic base.
Get ready to move around and change hills as each song takes you on a new challenge!

Ride Length: 45 minutes (not including cool down)
Please always remember to be mindful when riding on your own or teaching a class, and add in recoveries where you and/or your class need them!!
Each ride I create has a playlist (music files not included) and a detailed ride description, in PDF format, with everything you could possibly need to teach a great class! You'll be able to download the ride to print out or have in front of you on your tablet or phone. This way you can hop on your bike, start cycling, and not have to worry about creating a great sweat filled ride!
