    This training will introduce you to the experience of the seven sacred energy centers, or chakras, that spin at the core of your being, generating your life patterns and physical health.

    We will explore each of the seven chakras, including their properties and manifestations of imbalance. Through practice, lecture and discussion, you will learn how the chakras manifest in our bodies, in our lives, and incorporate them into your aerial yoga practice.  We will explore and practice aerial asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath practices), mudra (hand gestures), mantra (chanting), and meditation for each of the seven chakras with the intention of guiding prana ( life force) into a more balanced state, which allows us to come closer to true self-knowledge.

    We will further our use of the chakra system, and create unique chakra sequences for our own aerial practice and/or the aerial classes we teach.  Our weekend together will allow you to use your knowledge of the chakra system to create aerial yoga sequences with clear direction and purpose utilizing asana, pranayama, mantra, and mudra.

    • Creating your own classes based on individual chakras and combining the chakra system
    • Cuing for the chakras
    • Aerial Pranayama
    • Practice Teaching
